Schedules & Tuition
A curriculum for both the Lower and Upper schools is used to maintain a level of consistency in training and excellence, while raising our students from the tiniest ballet dancers through our Level V students, in preparation for our Touring Company. Our Lower School curriculum focuses on creative movement, pre-ballet, locomotor skills, basic ballet vocabulary and terminology, and ballet etiquette. While fostering a joy of movement and worship through dance, we have woven Bible stories into our Lower School curriculum to help cultivate students’ love for God’s Word.
While our Upper School training is based on the Checcetti and RAD method which is steeped with much repetition and strength building, students are also trained in non-syllabus and modern. Also introduced are other traditional methods for teaching classical ballet to achieve a well-rounded ballet education.
Pre-pointe work begins in Ballet III, and only when students are approved by Intructor are they invited to Beginning Pointe in Ballet III.
